**Please note rates have increased to $200 as of January 1, 2026** Why wait until you have an injury? We believe prevention is better than cure. Proactive rather than reactive. The purpose of a movement assessment is to highlight movement deficiencies that may place you at risk of future injury. It can also be a useful tool for improving general physical health and performance in sport. Anyone young or old, athlete or weekend-warrior can benefit from a movement assessment. What is included? •A comprehensive history: you tell us about your injury and medical history •A movement assessment: a number of standardized movements assessing mobility, stability and motor control •With your goals in mind we then work together to come up with an individualized program Functional Movement Assessments can be claimed as “physiotherapy” under extended health plans.
